I am highly disappointed with the customer service by @PaytmBusiness you guys are not even responding now. I wonder how a big business like Paytm is such a Sacamster @ConsumerRightX @jagograhakjago @vijayshekhar

Look at the difference of statements. On app they responded that they charge 79 if the number of transactions are below 100. On Twitter they replied the offer has expired and the rental is 125, don't they train the staff enough? @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @jagograhakjago

How come the agent has mentioned the same offer if the offer has expired? Also the Executives told me that my rental is 0 and the money that was charged will be refunded. I too have the call recording for the same @vijayshekhar @jagograhakjago @PaytmBusiness

Paytm for Business responded this and see how shamelessly they are saying the offer is expired. First of all aren't they supposed to inform the consumer? Also I got the Soundbox in September, so immediately the offer expired? @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @jagograhakjago

But today on the issues I raised I got this response. It feels so disheartening that such a reputed company cheats the customers in this manner. They provide half information, misguide the consumer and add unfair charges. So shameful @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @jagograhakjago

Now I noticed since 2 months that I have been charged Rs 79 every month for monthly rental. Raised the issue twice where the Customer Care Executives assured me that it is a mistake and I will get the refund soon @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @jagograhakjago

Another offer was, if I get the Soundbox for Re 1 the monthly rental would be Rs 79 I guess. I chose the first option where I had to get the Soundbox for Rs 199. I was never informed about any other terms or conditions @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @jagograhakjago

I have a startup where Mr Deepak Kumar, a Paytm Agent visited my boutique, generated the QR code and mentioned this offer related to Soundbox where I was supposed to pay 199 once and then my monthly rental would be Re 1 @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @jagograhakjago

Paytm being such a huge company for consumers and businesses cheats their consumers by not being transparent. They provide half information to their consumers as well as the agents & add unfair charges @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @jagograhakjago
