.@ieggyoudc newly opened brick and mortar was full by 9am. And for good reason - the humble egg and cheese is elevated here both literally and figuratively. Superlative sandwiches come on a pedestal. I quickly put mine on a plate and covered it in an excellent hatch chili sauce.

She had the Truffle Shuffle- "Perfection", I had the Chicken Fried Sausage - very yummy. Good blend of texture and flavors, good "basic" gravy and their sweet-hot hot hot sauce (I added Hatch chili sauce too). Looking forward to return visits.
