4:CRANBERRY FACE MASK -ingredients- -6-7 crushed cranberries (fresh) -1 teaspoon of honey -1 teaspoon of plain yoghurt -directions- -combine all ingredients -apply on clean face in circular motions -leave on for 15 mins then rinse
3:SUGAR AND SPICE BODY SCRUB -ingredients- -1/2 cup of canned pumpkin -1/2 cup of brown sugar -1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon -directions- -combine all ingredients -add on all over your body, (add more on to drier parts of your skin) -rinse off with warm water
2:NUTMEG AND CINNAMON FACE MASK -ingredients- -1 tablespoon of honey -1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon -1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg -directions- -combine all ingredients -gently add onto clean face (DO NOT get it near your eyes) -after 20 mins rinse off with warm water
