Scouts BSA is a great way to expose youth to alternate paths other than college. Our troop has a young man who is completing his Eagle and will be studying to be a car mechanic next year. lnkd.in/grihnm5E

I feel this in my bones! I’ve left jobs (and lost jobs!) over this numerous times. Unclear work roles and red tape have to be the biggest ones I’ve confronted in my career but lack of resources coupled with tightening deadlines is the surest 🚩at any co…lnkd.in/gcZNNJBi

Why is @boyscouts so TERRIBLE when it comes to software? As an Eagle Scout, I get that outdoors is our “thing” but continually doubling down on 10-20yo technology to run a website feels like national has had a very persuasive @Microsoft salesperson since 1998.
