Just found out our 16 year old pup has stage 2 kidney disease. We knew we were running low on time with her, but damn. I am not ready for end of life care and going through this again after saying goodbye to her older brother a year and a half ago. 💔

I think there is something to product designers embracing throw away “wire-framed” prompt based prototypes. I hear a lot of folks talk about the time risk/suck getting high quality dialed in output. This is true it is an investment. But creating throw away is another option.

We all have our own paths to walk, but if you’re a designer unwilling to invest in new skills and technology, here is my advice: Research graphic design’s transition to computers in the 80’s. Or prints transition to digital being prominent. These shifts leave folks behind.
