When your ex suddenly discloses after 10 plus years that they don’t believe you but they do believe the LA despite another tribunal decision in my favour. SEND the gift that keeps on giving 🙄

It’s been a week since they left. I haven’t cried yet I need to I know but I can’t. Not yet. I think I’m still in shock that they have gone. I feel like I’m spiralling yet standing still at the same time in the eye of a hurricane waiting to be spun out…My heart physically hurts.

Do you ever feel like your life is a car crash unfolding in slow motion before you & there is nothing you can do to stop the carnage? That’s how I feel - have felt for last 3/4 years but these last 7 months are pushing me over the edge. I’m beyond tired sad empty just numb…

Fake it until you make it is what they say isn’t it? How can you fake being ok when you are totally and utterly not ok. Not suicidal but not wanting to go on. Knowing no matter what you do it. Won’t. Change. Anything.

Not sure how much longer I can carry on tbf. Usually I’m the 1st to make light of my situation but the last couple of yrs plus pandemic & I just can’t see a way forward. I can’t face giving my kids to their dad yet I can’t afford to care for them. There is no future for me. None.

Great LA are not amending eldest’s EHCP even though it doesn’t name the Post 16 provision he attends Mon-Fri or the MS College they support him to attend. An appeal lucky me. I am so sick of this…

I don’t think I can continue. Physically, emotionally, mentally I am running on empty. I have £200 of my OD to last until 28th & next UC payment & approx £300 of DD’s still to come out. I don’t think I’m even existing anymore.

The more I crunch the numbers the more panicked I become . I just can’t survive like this now never mind winter. How in 2022 can I be contemplating having to give my children to my ex because I am too poor to provide for them. That’s the reality of Universal Credit.
