@MCA21India @nsitharamanoffc Many small cos requires Clss as fillings are pending. New sch 3 rounding off required much time &then late fees are piling up. Pls announce some scheme or cap the max late fees as you have done in Gst and other laws. Unlimited late fees are killer for businesses.

I humbly request @MCA21India please remove the bank account open through Agil Pro Forms. The company's registered office in Pune & account is opened in the Delhi Branch without any information . Now the local branch is not opening a new account as the old account already opened.
