@jackfriks @postbridge_ 1. Add a form after they cancel asking why 2. Email people who cancel every day and try to understand why 3. Watch people using your product for the first time and you will learn so much, then create an onboarding flow 4. Have zero bugs 5. ui ux redesign to make it easier
