So it took an Order from Justice Gibson, but the Kitchener Courthouse has now made 2 rooms available with laptops and phones so that unrepresented litigants can attend their virtual hearings. This should be rolled out to all courthouses. Better late than never @SCJOntario_en

dear clients: be sure to include all relevant position letters/emails when submitting WAGG motions. Sometimes the clerk on efile doesn't notice the error and sends it on to a Master who then bounces it back causing weeks of delay! #canlaw #torontolawyer #courts
