Bugs are essential for pollination, decomposition, pest control, and as a food source for other animals, including humans.
Sweet reminder that not every bug must be fixed in v1/MVP.
Green tea ( or at least something like it ) to push things forward. Only God knows why I gave up a promising career as a butcher to become a software engineer
Did not finish the app in June 😫
I did some surveys to validate the idea, and I broadened the scope for the app to be usable.
But I've also put in my two weeks' notice, so soon I'll only have the app to work on. July will be better.

I have been playing with light and dark themes for the app. Really love how it is coming so far.
Just curious, on the apps you use, which theme do you prefer?
If your product is global, your code better be, too. Date formats, timezones, text direction, special characters... it’s always the tiny details that break in production first.
Slept off yesterday without sharing an update.
In the spirit of making things as easy as possible for the customers, I redesigned the entire onboarding flow, and I'm adding login with Google/Apple. Will share screens when they're ready.

The best apps aren't the ones with the most features. They're the ones you forget you're even using. Apps that seamlessly blend into your life.
Seamless is #underrated.
The wildest thing about tech isn't AI or blockchain.
It's that someone, somewhere, wrote a piece of code 10+ years ago, and it's still silently holding your daily life together.
Respect to the unsung bugs and patches ✊️
Definitely seems like a good option to have a web version of your app, but if that's not possible, then having a landing page with links to the various app stores is the next best thing.

Going all in this June. I'm completing v1 of my app, and I'm submitting to both Google Play Store and App Store. June is not ending until I do those. This will be a good month.
What are you all building? Let's connect and learn from each other.
It's 8AM on Saturday morning, time to lock tf in.
I'm still struggling to come up with pricing that is fair and affordable for my app and also accurately reflects the value.
What factors do you consider when pricing your products?
Working on improving UX of existing screens on my app, spent most of the time today adding animations.
Any tips on how to make it even better will be much appreciated.

I think an underrated feature some apps have is the ability to turn on reduced notifications. Not every app has it.
While push notifications are good for driving engagement, too many notifications become annoying. Just had to uninstall an app because of this.
I need help
My simple app idea has grown into something else ( not released yet ). Each time I go for a run, I get a new feature idea.
I know the first version does not have to be perfect, but how do you decide what makes the cut into v1 and what waits till later versions?
