Together with @OCINitrogen and @Windesheiminfo we, @Sitech studio 4.0, printed an impeller which is already 1 month in use in the ammonia plant of OCI Nitrogen. Great success and shows the possibilities of 3D printing!

Next to the valves our model for heat exchangers brings value with respect to cleaning in a stop or not, reduces time for our process engineers, and can calculate inefficiency if desired. And it seems easy but we have multiple models for each type and process medium.

Our predictive model for valves detects sticking and valve corrosion, leading to functional failures such as required closing time for ESD valves or valves that have impact on product quality. Today we monitor over 200 valves already.
