I just learned about "wait mode." I knew that one planned meeting can feel like a fly in the ointment for the whole week, but even something nice like plans at 5 pm with a friend, can make a weekend day seem short and a little depressing to me. #infj #introvert How about you?

I've become so devoted to my free time on the weekends. If I have an obligation on a precious weekend afternoon with relatives or acquaintances I feel very grumpy - almost as if they'd asked me for a kidney!

Make sure you take plenty of time for yourself today to do exactly what you want - NEED to do - read, paint, hike, ride, swim.... It will restore you and make the coming week much better!
