You don’t need an architect. But you do need at least one person who thinks architecturally. Common titles: Team lead Senior Dev Architect Principal But, title isn't important. What's important: At least one person should be responsible for the long-term, and the big picture.

@ashishakalra @davefarley77 I have read of this, yes. The aim is to test a unit of *behaviour* which may involve more than one method and possibly class. Unit tests should still pass after refactoring. Only a change in behaviour requires a change to the tests. Avoid using a network, runnable locally.
