I get that @UberEats and other delivery companies want to be efficient but when a delivery bike has picked up a pizza and then cycled in the opposite direction away from your home as far away again for 10 mins then back right past the restaurant I question their logic.

Huge ups to @punchdrunkuk for the mesmerizing #TheThirdDayLive and to #JudeLaw for his masterful performance with epic spade work. Beautifully shot and near perfect in less than ideal weather. Will be wondering for days if the mud soaked camera and table rave angles were planned

I'm not advocating uncontrolled panicking. If you panic for more than a couple of hours, you will exhaust yourself and you may well not have to energy to panic later, when you really feel you have to So try about 20 minutes panicking at 11.00 am, and then another spell at 6.00pm

Best way to #stayHealthy is to regularly wash your hands with soap and hot water. Plus don’t touch things that everyone touches.. like touch screen ePOS. It would be great if all shops got their staff to regularly sanitize the screens.. @Tesco @sainsburys @waitrose etc..
