By this I mean that your wound wouldn’t be heal and because of that you will be always thinking what if and it will lead to depression anxiety and building walls and than it would be hard for every other relationship to Work because the rest will Be a wounded relationship

asking for help isn't wrong. seeking guidance on what to do- and then pursuing it isn't a weakness or anything. It takes a lot of courage to seek out help.

asking for outside help, from people trained in that area- isn't a bad thing....it does not mean your faith is wavering or anything like that. our bodies, soul, minds...its all connected. trauma is very real, as is hurt and how we respond to different people and things...
