1 thing I keep seeing is AKR saying the defense didn’t even dispute that (talking about various evidence). Newsflash they couldn’t, the judge made them play with the hands tied behind there back & they still got an acquittal. It’s why she wants those sidebars sealed forever.

Now all we hear is jury had a FKR plant on it. Let’s use critical thinking skills here AKR if there was 1 FKR holding out it would be a hung jury not a NG ass kicking. Btw about 85% of people thought she was innocent, so there is that too.

Unfortunately I think hung jury likelihood just sky rocketed. Transparency regarding jury selection, not in Bev’s court. Unless you are hiding something you have zero reason to deny this.

We are all now dumber for having to listen to that cross examination from Hank Brennan. He had a good cross of Sgt. Barros and then was beyond belief bad after that.
