having gone through trauma or hard experiences in life doesn’t mean you need to do more “work” or repeat affirmations until your brain explodes. you’re not less capable than anyone and you’re not broken. the law has proven you right your whole life, use it in your favor now.

even tho it’s not mandatory, nervous system regulation is important sometimes. it’s okay to feel anxious, you’ll still get your stuff regardless (feelings don’t manifest). but if you have a tool to calm yourself down and get better idk why you wouldn’t do it. 🤍
