Just want to ask @Lenskart_com, if your AI chatbot is useless, why not hire an agent as well. I'm being troubled from last night. My contact lenses were supposed to be delivered on 31st, they haven't been delivered yet. I have shifted from Bangalore to Hyderabad and want it ASAP.

hi @canarabank post 3/4 By the time he types his email id on both the lines (enter email id and re-enter email id), the app again logs him out of the screen and he has to start over again. He tried it 8-9 times today and I could hear it over phone the pain that he was....

Hi @canarabank (Post 2/3) I can't express my frustration due to the so called "Safety features". I am unable to add email on my dad's account from my end and he is unable to add the email from his canara AI app because he is not a person with 60 wpm speed on keyboard.
