Alongside this ridiculous nonsense hitting some of the most vulnerable, it also categorically ignores the systemic issues around resource, impact of appointment times on zero-hour contract attendees and so much more. Cruel and unnecessary.

IMO recruiters aren't learning anything from the current #recruitment dessert, and #comms roles seem, ironically, to be the worst. Show the salary, be transparent, make your process easy from start to finish.

Even better than an uplift, the Chancellor could find the courage and compassion to #ScrapTheCap and #MeetTheNeed. That would immediately lift 50,000 children out of poverty and allow people to get the social security payments they are entitled to.

Homelessness doesn't happen in isolation. The solution is not any one thing - integrated, partnership working can only benefit those looking for support. Health, housing, food, education, employment and family/relationship support are crucial.
