Are there @DGCAIndia guidelines for offering refunds on non cancellable tickets in case of medical emergencies? Booked a flight through @Finnair and now cannot travel due to a medical emergency but not getting any support for refund.

Hey @Finnair, I booked my ticket for 1.5 lakhs, and I still can't move my reservation by 10 days due to a genuine Visa delay. Is this the level of service you offer?

We have electricity meters installed on a box which had fallen 10 days back posing as a major potential electrocution hazard. Despite multiple complaints no one is willing to fix the issue. @bsesdelhi can someone help? This is in Chandni Chowk Area.

Got a quote of 5.05 to 5.70 lk while enrolling for car inspection at @cars24india, inspection report staes car condition as excellent but got a quote of 3.40 lk. Simple waste of time, would not recommend wasting your time.

Have been using Airtel for more than 15 yrs now but this is the first time i am really frustrated with the charges applied. Can anyone help?! Just to clarify Its not about the high amount, have paid bills higher than this which were legitimate @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI

My recent experience @airasia reminds me of a childhood memory where i had gone to buy a bread at a nearby store. I did not even pick the bread but had paid. Mom called and said its no longer needed but still the shopkeeer refused to return the money saying “Bill ban gaya ab toh”
