Hi @TheGymGroup. So much equipment at your Bolton branch is broken and hasn’t been fixed. Now only one entry/exit pod works. Just spent about 10 mins queuing up to get in. Everyone was frustrated. When will all this be fixed?

I have to say, @northernassist do a great job at making appealing a claim challenging as can be, including not allowing apostrophes in your supporting text, nor allowing screenshot evidence to be attached. Now to wait another 2 months for it to be rejected again…
