半年前看过一本书《控糖革命》。 最近刚好看到一个动态血糖仪，买了后监控自己的血糖，感觉很不错啊
最近看到塔勒布的反脆弱的思想现在饮食上的体现，很有意思。 太过于精准和规律的饮食反倒会让身体变得更加脆弱。因为远古时期人类的饮食本来就是饱一餐，饿一餐。 太过于精妙的结构往往让身体失去了抗逆性。

当试图改变自我时，首先会迎来的是打击，初期成绩反而会下降。 在改变自我、学习新技能或采用新模式时，初期往往会经历一个表现比原来更差的“低谷期”。这是因为新模式与原有习惯不协调，或者原有系统被打乱。 重要的是要判断这个低谷期是正常过渡还是错误改变的信号，并坚持下去，评估新模式的正确性。
最近感觉做事做的都好差，需要复盘整顿一段时间了。 不过现在对自己的blame少很多了，少因为做的不好产生负反馈，多复盘总结，下一次做的更好。 复盘是最强大的利器。
我之前找工作的时候觉得 工作内容和方向，薪资，老板 团队及作息 这是找工作的不可能三角。 但是后面我发现我错了，很多时候马太效应决定了我们的结果只有配与不配，而不是若干好处选一两个。 优秀的工作机会往往因为优秀你会觉得哪哪都好，优秀的人你会觉得ta们真是六边形战士。 关键是看机会+匹配
