Nistaro was launched Jul 7. We are at $2500 MRR Sep 1 and $4300 net rev. After the switch to gpt5, API costs are tiny at ~$1 a day. All infra costs are under $80 a month. No adspend, we rely solely on TikTok organic. Goal is to hit $4k MRR by Oct 1 and reduce churn to sub 30%.
