Continuing with my successful weight loss journey. Glad to be 10 pounds below my target goal weight. Glad to be able to enjoy weekend festivities AND to lose weight. This took strategizing, planning, exercise and daily weigh in. Always embrace the scale! The scale speaks truth.

News sources are promoting 7,000 steps as the new daily walking standard. I reject! I have been walking the standard 10K steps for over 15 years. Outcomes include a lower BMI, weight loss, controlled BP, good AIC and other relevant personal health data. 10,000 steps for me!
Continued weight loss as I stick to a strict regimen of diet, exercise and IF. I am a shorty, so I need wiggle room. I have a history of regain, so I am very committed to long term weight loss maintenance. This is my lowest BMI in a very long long time! I am happy.
There can be 99 vacant treadmills, yet someone always step on the treadmill immediately adjacent to me as shown in this photo. People please! Use some common sense and do safe spacing! Why are people not thinking? I hate when this happens! Sheesh!
Yesterday while going thru my closet, I came across this cute old skirt. I thought ... I know I probably still cannot fit this. It has been many years since I wore it. I tried it on and WOW!!! It was a perfect fit!!! What a great motivator!
