At #AMIA2023 we learned from Jesse Spencer-Smith, Vanderbilt University that the ChatGPT has 175 billion parameters. The ChatGPT we had last week could only do 32 K tokens, 24 k words. Last Tuesday a new model was presented. It is increased to 128 K tokens and 96k Words.

Why masking when each of us will get #SARSCoV2 #COVID19 at some point anyway (most likely)? Because it’s not #COVID19 now or later, it’s COVID-19 now AND later. To get infected to prevent getting infected does not work very well with #SARSCoV2 (neither with seasonal coronavirus)

I have developed sleep paralysis w LC. Terrifying and painful, comes and goes. It hit last night. I knew husband was there, and tried so hard to wake him so he could wake me. Finally squeaked out "help me" and he woke me up. Something is wrong with my brain. This is #LongCovid
