I left my phone in @Uber car in Mexico City. I immediately logged into the web site to try to contact the driver. Driver phone does not exist. Uber phone does not exist. I went to Uber office. Said cannot help a user. I filled out the forms. Said I don't exist. @Uber_Support #$%&

@jasonruppy @Uber @Uber_Support That sucks @Uber_Support …. I did the same in Toronto a couple years ago and the driver dropped it off at the local Uber office for me to pickup!
