We get 2 inches of snow and all of a sudden the trains stop, the metro gets reduced, roads get blocked, Internet goes down! How can this country be so unprepared considering this happens every year

I will never understand why people are abusive towards service staff... take a chill pill, you'll get your burger eventually. Literally spent the back half of my shift being yelled at, sworn at, called names, being told I'm shit etc

If @NewcastleCC is serious about this, they should do it properly and widen the coast road and add extra capacity for the bus lanes instead of penalising the majority of users of this arterial route
