It is ridiculous @AnthemBlueCross will not let me use my allowance for regular sunglasses. I use part of my allowance for contacts. I don’t need prescription in my sunglasses b/c I wear prescription contacts. I need sunglasses too. All this insurance I pay for nothing.

Wish I had another vision provider besides @AnthemBCBS and @EyeMedVision because not being able to use your allowance to non-prescription sunglasses when you wear prescription contacts is ridiculous. Nobody wants to carry multiple pairs of glasses for inside & outside!

Went to @andpizza last night in Kingstowne VA …worst service ever! Waited 30 mins to get my pizza made & I was the ONLY person in line. Worker made 7 online orders instead of using a few secs to make mine. I had to tell them to wash their hands b/f gloves too. Smh.

What a ripoff! Bought over $6,000 worth of stuff from @Sears and they want to charge over $200 to replace a panel that has 5 screws and takes less than 10 mins to fix...smh

Contacted @Sears today to get them to fix the outer glass that shattered on my oven door. Simple fix right? But no, Sears wants to do diagnostic and then can’t tell me how much the repair will cost. I’m sure you have done repairs like this for glass...service canceled!

So much for being a Gold member. Rented from @Hertz and plane landed 3 hrs late at MCO. My name was on the board but I could not get the car b/c they were closed. No guidance as to what to do. Stranded at the airport until morning. Bad service. My company will not like this.
