Does starting a new job in tech ever become less terrifying? Starting my second role as a software engineer tomorrow and impostor syndrome is definitely starting to kick in!

@javascript_jess Congratulations. You got this! Switching jobs is always stressful. The impostor syndrome always catches up with me for every change.

@javascript_jess Yep. At some point it becomes, "Well, here we go again."

@javascript_jess When I get imposter syndrome, I like to remind myself that in paid employment at a for-profit business, essentially I'm doing them a favour. They pay me with the intention to make more money than they pay me for my efforts. Whether that happens is up to them as much as it is me.
