Does the premise of OKRs work when based against a SAFe mindset? Let’s say the org does quarterly PI planning but is working to implement OKRs… PI planning is static. You meet or you don’t. Right? Whereas OKRs promote dynamic responses. Are they conflicting?

Can’t believe it took me this long to find @Product_Coffee_. The episodes go down smooth like a good cup of French pressed coffee. Listened to ep125 a few times for all of the insights. One topic I’d like to hear: internal product managers dealing w/ digital transformation

Two @yotoplay feature requests: 1. the ability to have variable day mode settings: specify weekday and weekend times, and 2. The ability to set a timer on the player with the knobs vs the app… Beyond that, the app and products continue to meet and exceed expectations!

#StarTrekSNW #StrangeNewWorlds had a phenomenal first season! I miss it already. This series brought back that more optimistic vision for the future that has been missing lately. Cannot wait for season 2 (and hopefully the full 5 year mission with 3 more seasons)!

This! 💯 the misconception that digital transformation is only the digitization of existing processes is a costly misconception. The transformation of culture to be digitized is the transformation… and it is hard. (Oh and what it reveals in the journey can be uncomfortable)
