The executive branch has a duty not to execute unconstitutional laws. As the Supreme Court correctly stated in Marbury v. Madison, an unconstitutional law is void. Each branch has an independent responsibility to interpret and uphold the Constitution in exercising its functions.

If people have a job offer, let them come to the US, work here, spend their money here, and pay taxes here. If they no longer have a job, their visa expires and they go back. What's the problem?
