Mandated credit card payments on public infrastructure is a problem. Imagine a family struggling financially, cc is maxed. They’d have to either pay down the cc(which could be significant) to take public transportation, or take another route which could add hours to their trip.

I just don’t see a valid argument here. If we’re saying foreign buyers are vital to a strong real estate market, then we’re also admitting they drive prices up.
