Perhaps LLMs aren't getting smarter; instead, human brains are less complex than we previously believed. Most of my 'real' conversations sound like LLM conversations, and I think it's always been that way. Are we all just LLMs?🤔

I get the push to bring jobs back to the US. Tariffs on goods might help—but we’ve got 482k open manufacturing jobs already. Who’s filling them? How about tariffs on outsourced software work? After 25 yrs, I’ve lost count how often cheaper offshore teams replaced me. Am I alone?
