Seems hard to communicate this to the "don't put solar on farm land" folks. We are already using an insane amount of farm land TO PRODUCE ENERGY (not food). Solar is just a *MUCH* more energy dense, efficient, and cost-effective use of this land.

People are sleeping on bilateral VPPs. Large new loads will contract with VPPs for their flexibility, to create headroom in the system for them to enter. They’ll value it at their opportunity cost (which is high!), rather than the ISO valuing it at the caped capacity price.
