Looking forward to talking about this later today. What is the best feedback you have had and what made it so helpful? @LfEcommunity @orangedis @OrthopodReg @mindfullmedic @eveosh @sifrazer @DrKhan_do @babydrclaire @DrNickTwit @SebJGray @morefluids @DrKidneyAsh @doc_bipolar
@anna_annabav @LfEcommunity @orangedis @OrthopodReg @mindfullmedic @eveosh @sifrazer @DrKhan_do @babydrclaire @DrNickTwit @SebJGray @morefluids @doc_bipolar “Being given feedback” always makes me anxious. There is negative connotations linked to it. As a man of sim, I prefer a “debrief” of an event or job. It makes it more informal, a chat, and focuses on the person. It brings out their worries and then you can discuss +’s and -ve’s
@DrKidneyAsh @anna_annabav @LfEcommunity @orangedis @OrthopodReg @mindfullmedic @eveosh @sifrazer @DrKhan_do @babydrclaire @DrNickTwit @SebJGray @morefluids @doc_bipolar And let's not forget the wonderful technique of appreciative inquiry
@jkaren1311 @DrKidneyAsh @LfEcommunity Yes absolutely - hence I guess the way I framed the question in part. Always keen to try and change / re-design in this way ☺️
