Hey @xfiinitysupport you are forcing my elderly parents to purchase Peacock but you won't allow them to lower their internet speed, even though they don't use it! This is abusive. What kind of scam are you running???

"Verbal authorization" is required to cancel @GetSpectrum but you can't actually speak to anyone. Been on hold 45 minutes. Unacceptable.
