As A Lead developer, People faces a common issue which is frequent Context Switch. Tips: Work on your feature early in the morning in order to make progress before the need to focus switch becomes frequent. Next focus on your team's blockers (if any) and then PRs.

What I Observed After Interviewing More Than 50 Software Engineers For Design Round : 1. Talk about functional and non-functional requirements. 2. Ask questions and set the scope of the interview. 3. Start with clean and simple design first. 4. Focus on your strengths.

"When can this be finished?" is one of the least interesting, least useful questions development teams get asked. The larger the scope, the less accurate it will be. The smaller the scope, the less it matters.
