I'm thinking about a pasta, with four cheeses. Everything in the fridge that needs using up. Tangy cheddar, soft brie, a gentle blue and parmesan. Made into a garlic infused white sauce, with olive oil, oven roasted tomatoes and served with a pile of pasta.
