After doing low vitamin A 3 years I'm opening my diet back up a bit. Now that my blood vA levels dropped I'm just keeping it under half the RDA, avoiding heavy hitters (tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes, orange carrots, etc). Enjoying some cheese and a couple eggs here and there.
