There's a big difference between "Intelligence" and an animal cunning. A minority of people have the former. The majority of people and, especially, politicians, have the latter.

Did Joe Biden suddenly become stupid when he got old? Not at all. He was born stupid. in the Senate, he blended in because there were always other Senators stupider than him spouting off. But now, as President he can no longer blend in. :)

Long ago, I accidentally found out that the word "Evil" comes from an ancient Hebrew dialect. But the word din't originally mean "Bad." It meant "Stupid."

I sailed for 33 years, 24 as Captain. Operating ships is a dangerous business and the Key Bridge accident is a typical "No Win" situation. The Pilots handled it superbly.

I was just checking the Weather Channel Site. I think it was Bernie Sanders who said that Alaska was 79 degrees and we need to deal with Climate Change now! Kodiak is in southern Alaska and is 15 degrees F right now. Hmmm.....
