Aside from alternatives such as TVPaint, Moho, Clip Studio Paint, Toonsquid, Blender, OpenToonz, Krita, etc, I hope that one day we will have a free and open source (#FOSS) 2D animation software inspired by Toon Boom Harmony that can be used as an alternative to the said app.

I strongly believe that free and open-source (#FOSS) can benefit animation (#animation), especially 2D animation (#animation2D), like how it's benefiting video game development; we just need more from improving existing apps and tools to creating new apps and tools.

Hopefully, in the future, we will have a free and open-source (#FOSS) 2D animation software inspired by Toon Boom Harmony (#ToonBoom #Harmony). While we already have #Blender, #OpenToonz, #Tahoma2D, #Krita, #Synfig, #Pencil2D, and others, we can always use another option.
