حكمُ المحكمة العسكرية على من تلطّخت يداه بدماء الجيش لا يطوي الصفحة بالإدانة. فللمتضرّرين أن يقيموا دعوى بالحقّ الشخصي أمام القضاء العدلي، إذ يفتح ذلك البابَ لإظهار كل الحقيقة أمام القضاء العادي في جلسة علنية، لأنّ الجراح لا تبلسم إلّا بالعدالة، والعدالة لا تكتمل إلّا بالتعويض.
