Afternoon 😃. A few weeks ago I posted a video about inclusion and I looked Ill with the bags under my eyes , I was living off next to no sleep. So today I’ve came in drenched but thought I’d post this photo today in comparison with 4 weeks ago. Always listen to your body 💪
Well after my 2 am rant , up walked the dogs. I’m going to do something I never do today . After the school run go back to bed my eyes are stinging . I’m struggling to stay awake and not even taken any pain medicine , it’ll be deep freeze gel today. 🚫Tramadol😴 have a great day!

4.30am this morning out a walk . I felt ok despite 3 hours sleep. I am now like a cartoon character that’s been hypnotised 😵💫. My house is still asleep. Chester begging for my breakfast. I purchased John wick 4 . I’ll get some sleep first . I don’t want the day passing me by .
