26 January - New £14million investment proposed by Mayor to accelerate cultural reform of the Met Police New City Hall funded Leadership Academy to be funded for all Met leaders and line managers to raise standards across the Met Police service. Wish I had thought of that!

End of a very rewarding week at @CanterburyCCUni 11 of the 12 students were accredited as Hydra Facilitators. Pure joy working with lecturers from Education, Social Services, CT & Policing studies. Amazing group of people with great experience and new ideas taking Hydra forward

AI - integrated into Hydra. Now we need to build analysis tools to identify decisions recorded after referring to AI, modified using AI or recorded without accessing AI. Ironically the AI generated the computer code required to integrate itself in Hydra (with small modification).

We just added Artificial Intelligence to Hydra. Emergency professionals use Google to look things up. So we just added beta.openai.com 🙏to our system. Now professionals can gain support guidance & information whilst they are immersed in Hydra to shape their thinking.

I am beyond excited. Emily, my star at A&S Police ran a test today on standard Force Laptops with Hydra Presence and it works! Emily leads the Hydra Team and to trial Hydra Presence. A&S have always been at the forefront of Hydra development, this is going to be so much fun.

last 10 Days 6 Hydra sessions with teachers and TAs 'doing' child protection and critical incident decision making. The week that Logan Mwangi's review, lessons learned sadly lit up the context of why these workshops are vital. Its a huge ship but turn it must, I'm not dead yet!

The excitement is now we can engage multi agency exercises at the drop of a hat, no longer frustrated getting the professionals released for our child prot. exercises even though we don't charge for them!!! 10kv debriefs with virtual tables with real discussion anytime anywhere

Hydra Presence now works with Police Force issued laptops.Trials begin with BTP, NCA and Universities with existing suites.A traditional Hydra suite remains the Gold Standard,but now we can run virtual Hydra sessions & Hybrid sessions with existing suites without compromise.Gosh!

Wonderful week! Hydra Users Group at the police college, followed by Multi Agency Child Protection with all the agencies and voluntary sector at Avon and Somerset Police. We wrapped up the two day workshop with 10kv futures piece, Exhausted but so happy
