On hold with @PlayNetwork and not only has the customer service been brutal but their on hold music is a 30 second loop. This is a company that is in the business of background music and their own is a 30 second instrumental loop!!

I love all the people saying @facebook is bad and how toxic @facebook is ON @facebook! If it’s so bad, why are you there? Maybe just maybe, you surround yourself with toxic people and it’s not the platform’s fault.

Hey @GuyFieri - loved #RestaurantHustle on @FoodNetwork tonight. I felt a bond with chefs that I see on tv & respect yet... the cameras stopped rolling but the story isn’t over. I’m hoping in a few months we get Ep II. We’re still hustling with no end in sight!

I’ve literally been told “I’m sorry” by a dozen different @FedExHelp employees over the past four days and I’m pretty confident not a one of them meant it. Even the @FedEx website makes it difficult to give feedback.

For the second consecutive business day my @FedEx driver has listed “unable to deliver” as his reason for not delivering my packaging. Wondering if incompetency is a reason they get to use for not delivering.
