A year ago a started swimming every second day (gym on the other). Couldnt do 2 laps to start with and now i cruise through 2 km. Love it feel amazing all day after

Allan from Puckapunyal just told me he got pulled up on the Hume Highway for speeding and the copper said he’d let him off if he came up to find me and say “good on ya mate, you’re doing the right ring”. Allan added “good luck Gregory because the government’s is doing jack shit”.

Last year my wife and i lost all our money when builder went broke. We secured a $25k pay out from insurance by using a lawyer. Lawyer bill just came in at $10k leaving us $15k. $146k down to $15k Im so ashamed and sad for my family

The RBA has basically one lever. One. The federal government has many. The RBA also weren't the ones who allowed people to borrow so much, that was APRA. I'm all for criticizing the RBA when they screw up, but right now they're just doing their job, the govt isn't.

After 6 years of saving my wife and i had $60k We bought land for 250k and signed to build a house for 440k Builder got into trouble and delayed build 2 year later he declared bankruptcy and we lost everything Back to square one and houses are 100k more Get fucked
