Today @StubHub charged me $5600 for my @RufusDuSol tickets they kept from me and never returned. I had the wrong aisle and this is the aisle I walk down to attend my season tickets. I was told yesterday that I would be paid today since they weren’t returned; but instead billed

Every interaction with @StubHub ends with them blaming the customer. Their mapping allowed a fictitious location to be added. There is no CT3 B 9-12, but they allow this to be mapped in order to take peoples tickets and not pay them.

It is important that we share these collective experiences with being taken advantage by @StubHub. It’s disappointing to do $20,000 in season ticket sales to have them turn around and on two occasions use my tickets and not pay me. Both @RufusDuSol and Pantera shows.

Update: @StubHub again blamed me for texting the tickets to a buyer to complete the sale and kept my tickets and my payout. For the second event they did not return my tickets and charging me. I lost my 2nd row season tickets and had to buy 2 more from them. Total losses $10,380

Our @Chase banker offers plenty of apology, but limited results. We receive nothing for our $5k in fees. Charged for everything from ACH, Wire, and checks. We receive zero ROI on the money that sits. Our new bank is @crescent_app and we get free services and ROI on our money
