Good to be back where it all began at the ⁦@shorebirds⁩. Started my first head groundskeeper job here 19 years ago. Learned a lot that first year, mostly by making mistakes, but wouldn’t trade that experience for anything. ⁦@TurfaceC⁩

Just finished a great book on leadership. Tons of awesome stuff but one of the lessons I took from the book was “Do a lot of listening, that way you will know twice as much, what the speaker knows, and what you know.” Great advice.
