I haven't finished eosworldwide.com/traction-book yet, but digging the accountability chart. Feels like the good (flexible but clear and explicit roles) Holacracy without the bad as outlined in developingleadership.co/episode/episod… by constraining to a hierarchal structure.

Huge shout out to @HiredThought . I went into a mapping sessions convinced that while generally useful, for my problem all the useful info I had to gather would be through customer interviews. He quickly showed how with the maps I could have more "aha" questions for those.

The biggest impediment to racial justice is this country is the denial of systemic and structural racism by a large portion of whites. Before Ferguson, it was somehow acceptable to say, “I don’t believe systemic or structural racism exists, yet I am not a racist.” 1/
