How is a company like @Airbnb not doing better with this situation?! @amazon can take a refrigerator back, send a replacement, AND give you a full refund, but you can’t protect your customers or make reparations?!!!? @CNN @washingtonpost @MSNBC @CBSNews @CNNbrk @AirbnbHelp

Forced to leave my stay (within 24hrs of check in & after speaking w host) & waited outside (called @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp SEVEN times)“Balcezar”: case manager. I waited outside for 3 HOURS till 11:30pm. No help from him. WTF!!? Airbnb is NOT keeping solo female travelers safe.
